Executive Bios JEREMY SIMMONS Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jeremy Simmons is an accomplished IT professional and a visionary entrepreneur who has led ASIERUS Inc. to an exceptional 400% growth in just five years. JEFF GOODEY Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Jeff Goodey is a co-founder and the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for ASIERUS, Inc. Jeff leads a world-class team of IT experts that directs and develops the technical strategies for its products and services portfolio. Jeff’s passion and expertise in creating innovative technology solutions is matched only by his visionary perspective that always keeps ASIERUS and its customers in front of the technology pendulum. His commitment to excellence began early in his life as he served his church on a two year mission to Korea were he learned to speak the language fluently, and came to appreciate and understand their culture. Returning from this experience, he enrolled and consequently graduated with his degree in Information Technology and Systems from Provo College, in Utah. Jeff was immediately recruited by Provo College, and in cooperation Utah Valley State College (UVSC), to develop its internal curriculum for a Computer Science Associates Degree program for both colleges. Having successfully completed his tenure, Jeff decided to accept a more challenging position in the private sector with Deltek, as their Senior Network Operations Manager. There he was responsible for maintaining a mission critical 200 server network infrastructure for 750 employees. In 2002, Jeff met and teamed up with co-founder and CEO of ASIERUS, Jeremy Simmons. K. LEE PRICE Chief Operations Officer (COO) Lee Price has more than 15 years of operational and audit management experience in both government and the private sector. He then worked as Operations Director for Certified Technical Institute, a leading technical education and training company in San Diego, CA before accepting the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Institute for Information Technology, in Portland, Oregon. While there, Lee developed and successfully implemented a business model that ultimately resulted in the acquisition by PC Training West in 2001.
